Status: Net new role (newly created position)

Role Summary

Trexity is hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to support and execute our growth marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels. You will help drive user acquisition, activation, and reactivation through hands-on campaign management, funnel optimization, and support lifecycle marketing.

This is a mission-critical, execution-focused role designed to strengthen our marketing team and accelerate Trexity’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition (Paid + Organic)

  • Execute paid search (SEM), paid social, retargeting, and other growth channels
  • Support optimization of channel mix, budgets, and ROI under guidance from leadership
  • Monitor and report on acquisition campaigns, identifying areas for improvement

Funnel & Experimentation

  • Track and optimize core funnel metrics: CAC, CVR, activation, and reactivation rates
  • Assist with rapid testing of campaigns, landing pages, and lifecycle flows
  • Analyze results and implement learnings to improve campaign performance

Lifecycle Marketing

  • Support activation, onboarding, and retention campaigns
  • Collaborate on email, in-app messaging, and retargeting initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement and lifecycle performance

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with Creative to iterate ads and messaging
  • Partner with Growth Engineers or Product for funnel optimizations
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to support experiments and campaign execution

Success Metrics

  • Timely and efficient execution of growth campaigns
  • Measurable improvement in acquisition, activation, and reactivation metrics
  • Rapid experimentation cycles with actionable insights
  • Accurate tracking and reporting of growth performance

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related fields
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media and SEM campaigns
  • Understanding of full-funnel growth metrics (CAC, CVR, LTV, activation, reactivation)
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience with B2B, marketplace, or logistics-adjacent products is a plus
  • Ability to execute both independently and collaboratively

Tools & Technologies

  • Paid Media: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (or similar)
  • SEM & Search: Keyword research, bid management, search optimization tools
  • Analytics & Attribution: Google Analytics, performance dashboards
  • Experimentation & CRO: A/B testing and landing page optimization tools
  • Lifecycle & Retention: Email and lifecycle tools (HubSpot, MailChimp, Iterable)
  • Collaboration: Slack, Notion
  • Creative & UX Collaboration: Figma and creative workflows
