What we deliver
We accept packages up to 35 lbs (16 kg) and 20 x 12 x 12 in (50 x 30 x 30 cm), as long as they’re securely sealed.
Groceries, Bakery, Florist, and Meal Prep delivery.
Our strength is speed. Your packages aren’t sitting in a warehouse overnight—we deliver straight from your store to your customer.
Trexity does not use refrigerated vehicles, so your packages should be able to safely withstand being in a vehicle for the journey.
Pack so it’ll still be great hours later.
Retail and Pet Store delivery.
Surprise your customers with same-day delivery. They can order in the morning and have their purchase by the afternoon with our daily pickup windows.
For higher profile items, take advantage of our PIN delivery feature. Packages must be handed off to someone who knows the delivery PIN number, or we’ll return it to your store.
We cannot deliver live animals.
Pharmacy, Alcohol, and Vape/Tobacco delivery.
Your product is important and comes with a few regional regulations. You’re well aware of them and so are we.
Trexity has a PIN delivery system where we send your customer a number to be presented to the courier upon delivery. This ensures the correct recipient receives the packages.
With PIN delivery, our couriers can also do an age verification check and collect signatures through the mobile app if required.
We cannot legally leave these products at the door.
With high delivery volume, Trexity Batch gives your business more flexibility for local delivery while still being able to leverage our standard service.
