Once a delivery is scheduled, we’ll send the customer an email where they can check and adjust some delivery information.

Out for delivery

When a courier scans a package and confirms pickup, we send both an email and SMS to your customer.

5 min away

We’ll notify the customer when our courier is 5 minutes away, and again once they’ve arrived on location.

Delivered

Once the delivery is completed, we’ll notify your customer via email and SMS.

Proof of delivery.

If a package is not able to be delivered due to the options set, it will be returned to the pickup location.

Photo delivery

By default, every Trexity delivery comes with photos of drop off location and delivery unless a different method is selected.

Additional options

PIN delivery

For deliveries requiring more security, we’ll send the recipient a 4-digit PIN to present to our courier upon delivery.

Legal age verification

For alcohol deliveries, we’ll ask for legal identification and verify they are of legal age to receive the package.

Signature delivery

Items like prescriptions require a signature upon delivery. We’ll ask the recipient to sign on their mobile device.
