Delivery zones vary based on your postal code. This means deliveries closer to you will cost less and ones further will cost more. Each zone has a flat rate associated with it so you can easily understand your delivery reach, and clearly pass this cost off to your customer.

Sizing and weight
A single package should weigh less than 16 kg and be smaller than 50 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm in size.

No. Trexity welcomes and is able to accommodate local businesses that send out 1 package occasionally, to thousands or packages daily.
Deliveries can be scheduled every 15min for Same Day, Next-Day 11:59pm day prior, Direct, and Batch, on demand within hours of operation.
After our couriers have picked it up for your location, packages are delivered by 8pm that same day. For Batch deliveries, we offer a 4 hour SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Yes! Trexity operates 7 days a week. Please review our pickup windows for your city as Saturday and Sunday may differ from Monday – Friday hours.
Temperature sensitive items should be packaged to last the day. Trexity does not offer specific services for items requiring refrigeration.
