We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Courier Experience team full-time. In this role, you’ll support the entire courier journey—from acquisition and onboarding to engagement and performance—while driving operational improvements that strengthen our marketplace.

What You’ll Do

Source & Activate: Support couriers from acquisition through onboarding and approval to ensure sufficient supply and marketplace balance.

Onboard: Lead virtual onboarding sessions that prepare new couriers to deliver safely, efficiently, and consistently, ensuring they’re fully platform-ready from day one.

Keep Things Compliant: Oversee background screening and document verification while running compliance programs for regulated deliveries (like alcohol), making sure couriers meet provincial requirements before hitting the road.

Engagement & Retention: Support the courier engagement strategy by implementing programs that improve retention and satisfaction, including market incentives and loyalty initiatives.

Optimize Process: Create a short-term roadmap to improve courier operations and collaborate with internal departments to improve the courier experience.

Track & Improve Performance: Monitor courier performance, step in quickly when standards aren’t met, and celebrate wins when they are.

Use Data to Drive Action: Work with tools like Looker Studio and Google Sheets (BigQuery is a bonus) to spot trends and recommend improvements.

Leverage Communication Tools: Use HubSpot (or similar tools) to manage courier communications and ensure timely outreach.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, community management, or marketplace platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially around compliance and documentation.
  • Comfortable analyzing data to make decisions (Google Sheets, Looker Studio; BigQuery is a plus).
  • Great communicator who builds trust with people from all walks of life.
  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving processes in fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while thriving in a collaborative team.
