Creative Generalist

Role Summary
Trexity is evolving its design function into a Creative Generalist role.
This is not a traditional “design request” or service-desk position. Instead, the Creative Generalist is embedded directly in campaigns, experiments, and growth initiatives, owning creative output end-to-end while contributing strategically to performance.
What You’ll Own
- Brand System
- Maintain and evolve Trexity’s visual identity and brand consistency
- Ad Creative
- Static and light motion/video creative for paid channels
- Social Creative & Presence
- Social visuals and creative direction, ensuring consistency across channels and alignment with campaigns
- Landing Page Visuals
- Visual systems and layouts that support conversion
- Lifecycle Creative
- Email, onboarding, and lifecycle visuals
- Campaign Concepts
- Collaborate with the Growth team to develop creative angles and ideas

Ideal Background
- Strong graphic design foundation with digital-first experience
- Comfort producing ads, landing page visuals, and light motion/video
- Interest in performance-driven creative and experimentation
- Ability to think conceptually, not just execute briefs
- Experience working on performance-driven digital creative
Skills
- Strong graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, brand systems)
- Digital-first creative for ads, landing pages, and lifecycle campaigns
- Light motion/video production for paid and social channels
- Conversion-focused design with ability to iterate based on performance data
- Landing page and email visual design optimized for clarity and CVR
- Collaborative, fast-moving workflow with Growth and Engineering teams
Tools & Technologies
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere or equivalent)
- Familiarity with CMS and email platforms (e.g. HubSpot, MailChimp)
- Collaboration tools (Slack, Notion)
