OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES (“RULES”)
- CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest will begin at 12:01 am ET on Oct 1st, 2024 and close at 11:59 pm ET on Dec 24th, 2024 (the “Contest Period”).
- ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to Trexity Couriers that meet all of the following criteria (“Couriers”):
- Have signed up as a Trexity Courier and completed a valid delivery
- Have a 90% performance score through the Trexity App.
- Have never been removed from the Trexity platform for failure to comply with Trexity’s Terms of Service.
For further clarity, individuals are not eligible to enter the Contest or win a Prize.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Contest is not open to agents or representatives of Trexity Inc. (“the Sponsor”), and any business, company, fiduciary or other legal entity controlled by or otherwise affiliated with the Sponsor or its promotional agencies (the “Contest Parties”).
- HOW TO ENTER
- Entry by completing a delivery. For Trexity Couriers, an Entry is made by completing a delivery within the Trexity Courier App during the Contest Period. A Courier will be considered to have made an Entry at the time the Customer receives a delivery confirmation. Any delivery orders that are cancelled will not be valid Entries. The Sponsor will enter one Entry into each applicable draw for each valid Entry. Please see section 4 for Eligibility Conditions for Prize draws. There is a maximum of one (1) Contest Entry per day per Trexity Courier during the Contest Period.
- No Delivery Required. To participate in the contest without signing up to become a courier, mail a legible, handwritten, original letter of at least five hundred (500) words explaining how a Prize would impact the Courier, accompanied by all of the following information: the Courier’s name, the Courier’s address including city or town and postal code, business email address, and telephone number with area code to “Trexity Courier Cash Giveaway”, PO BOX 4725 OTTAWA STN E, ON, K1S 5B3. Each valid letter is considered entry and upon validation of the letter, the Sponsor will enter into each applicable draw. A Courier may submit a maximum of eighteen (18) letters to “Trexity Courier Cash Giveaway” during the Contest Period, with different text for each letter. Letters may be mailed until ten (10) days before the close of the Contest Period.
In these Rules, the Courier’s designated representative – the Trexity Account Contact, or the person named in the Courier’s no purchase entry, as applicable – is that entrant’s “Designate”.
- PRIZES
There are seven (7) Prizes available to be won in the Contest:
The following seven (7) additional prizes will be available to be won throughout the Contest Period.

The Consistent | 1 x $2000 | Awarded to the courier who has the longest consecutive delivery streak between December 1 – December 24, 2024. |
The Reliable | 1 x $2000 | Awarded to the courier who has delivered on the most days between December 1 – December 24, 2024. |
- ODDS
Odds depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
- AWARDING PRIZES
Random draws (or selections for the Machine, the Reliable, and the Consistent as applicable) will be done at the Sponsor’s offices. Each of these dates will be the “Prize Draw Date”.
- A random draw (or selections for the Machine, the Reliable, and the Consistent as applicable) to select one (1) Entry for each Prize from eligible Entries submitted during the Contest Period will be held at approximately 2:00 pm ET on each of the following days:
- Oct 18th 2024 for the October Draw #1;
- Nov 1st, 2024 for the October Draw #2;
- Nov 16th, 2024 for the November Draw #1;
- Dec 1st, 2024 for the November Draw #2;
- Jan 2nd, 2024 for the Machine
- Jan 2nd, 2024 for the Reliable
- Jan 2nd, 2024 for the Consistent
The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a maximum of three (3) attempts to contact each selected entrant by email within two (2) business days of the applicable Prize Draw Date, using the name and email address of the Courier (see Section 3). If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within three (3) attempts or two (2) business days of the Prize Draw Date (whichever occurs first), or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable, then that selected entrant will be disqualified and will forfeit all rights to the Prize, and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible entries, in which case the provisions of this section shall apply to such new selected entrant.
Before a Courier is declared a winner of a Prize, the Courier will be required to (i) provide any identification, documentation or other proof the Sponsor may require, by the date indicated by the Sponsor, to confirm that the Designate is the Courier’s valid representative and is authorized to participate in the Contest on the Courier’s behalf; (ii) correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited math skill testing question; and (iii) sign and return, by the date indicated by the Sponsor, the Sponsor’s declaration and release form on the Courier’s behalf, which (among other things):
- confirms compliance with these Rules;
- confirms winner is the valid representative and is validly acting on behalf of the Courier, to participate in the Contest and receive the Prize, which will be deposited into the Courier’s valid business financial account;
- acknowledges acceptance of the Prize as awarded;
- releases the Contest Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, the selected entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and
- agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of the following attributes of the Courier likeness, as applicable: name, title, city, social media handle, statements about the Contest, and/or voice or image or other likenesses, without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or online.
If the Designate fails to fully satisfy the above requirements within the specified time, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, then the selected entrant will be disqualified and will forfeit all rights to the Prize, and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible entries for the Prize Draw Date, in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new selected entrant.
All Prizes will be awarded by cheque made out in the name of the Courier.
- LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Without limiting the release provided in Section 6 above, and for greater certainty, the Released Parties will not be liable for: a) any incomplete or inaccurate information caused by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of Entries; b) the theft, loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries; c) any problems with, or technical malfunctions of, telephone networks or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; d) any failure of any Entry to be received by or from the Sponsor for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on telecommunications services; e) damage to a participant’s or other person’s system occasioned by participation in this Contest; (f) any use of the entrant’s personal information as set out in Section 8.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering this Contest, Couriers consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest and in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Trexity Website and the Trexity contest landing page.
By accepting a Prize on behalf of a Courier, Designates consent to the collection, use and disclosure to the public of their name, address (city, province), social media handle, voice, statements and images or other likenesses for publicity purposes in connection with the Contest in any media or formats including, but not limited to, print, broadcast or the Internet, without further notice, permission or compensation. Personal information will not otherwise be used or disclosed without consent.
- MISCELLANEOUS
All decisions of the Sponsor, or any Contest judging organization or Contest judge as designated by the Sponsor, are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest and on all entrants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/disqualification of Entries. The Sponsor and other Released Parties will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected, errors, failures or late Entries which will be void.
The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify, from this Contest and any future contest or other promotion conducted by the Sponsor, any person that they find or believe to be not in compliance with these Rules, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY COMPUTER OR COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE SPONSOR’S WEBSITE AND Courier SYSTEMS) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Any use of automated devices to enter this Contest is prohibited. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
- PRIZE LIMIT
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SPONSOR BE REQUIRED TO AWARD MORE PRIZES THAN INDICATED IN THESE RULES OR TO AWARD A PRIZE OTHERWISE THAN IN COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES, FOR ANY REASON. In the event that more prizes are awarded than indicated due to any error, the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, may choose to hold a draw to determine which entrants are awarded such prizes.
- RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR AMEND
The Sponsor reserves the right, to terminate, suspend or amend this Contest and or amend these Rules, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Rules. In the event of Contest termination, any remaining prize still to be won will, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be deemed expired and void and will be ineligible for Contest play, and, without limiting any other provision of these Rules, the Released Parties will not have any further liability with respect thereto.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property used in connection with the promotion and/or administration of the Contest, including, without limitation, all trade-marks, trade names, copyrights, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned (or licensed, as the case may be) by the Contest Parties and/or their affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any such intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
