Associate Courier Operations

Position Overview:

The Operations Associate will help oversee our courier fleet, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This unique role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Operations, Support, and Marketing teams in developing a strategic vision for our courier operations.

Trexity is a local delivery technology platform designed for online and bricks & mortar businesses. Our platform enables small and medium sized businesses to deliver physical products in near real-time to their customers by harnessing the collective of our driver community.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to maintain an efficient courier recruiting process & a steady applicant flow.
• Manage and enhance the courier lifecycle experience, from onboarding to road readiness.
• Re-vamp courier communication to create a dynamic and interactive two-way conversation.
• Create and implement a roadmap to support measurable improvements in courier engagement and satisfaction.
• Analyze courier performance by interpreting data to enhance efficiency and improve outcomes.
• Maintain the courier knowledge center, ensuring alignment with product updates and best practices.
• Suggest improvements to onboarding content, based on team and courier feedback.
• Brainstorm solutions and improvements based on collected data and present them to senior team members.
• Oversee the platform dashboard to ensure all routes are accepted, merchant SLAs are met, and service quality is maximized.
• Take charge of monitoring and responding to courier-escalated tickets, prioritizing critical issues and identifying high-priority issues.
• Collect feedback from new, and experienced couriers on the platform with direct and frequent communication.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (in Business Management or Communications would be ideal) or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in operations and strategy; early-stage startup experience is a +.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• You let data tell the story and you’re comfortable in Excel. SQL. Google Looker Studio knowledge is a plus.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends
