Trexity’s 2023 couriers of the year
Couriers—an important part of the Trexity puzzle, the right ingredient, if you will, in the recipe for a perfect delivery. Each and every courier aboard the Trexity fleet makes a difference in the lives of our merchants and their customers. A select few go above and beyond while delivering to ensure the merchant and the customer are truly satisfied with their experience. Each year, we like to reward these couriers as our Couriers of the Year.
It’s important to acknowledge Trexity couriers for their effort and dedication in the essential work they do. Thank you to not only our named couriers, but to all our couriers, for supporting the local community and merchants just the same.

We caught up with our winners to learn more about them, and their experience here at Trexity with a short Q&A below:

Q: Do, tell us what you love most about the city you drive in.
The people here are very friendly and willing to help.
Q: Who is your favourite local merchant to do deliveries for?
It is MPO.
Q: Why did you choose to deliver with Trexity and what motivates you to keep delivering for us?
Because Trexity has very good support. It is good income for me.
Q: How do you spend your spare time when you’re not driving?
I relax and go shopping, sometimes I go to the Cinema.

Q: Mohammadamin, tell us what you love most about the city you drive in.
What I love about this city is there are so many different businesses that work with Trexity. Right now I know so many places that I had never known before such as coffee shops, gift stores, many places that have delicious cookies, cakes and donuts, and good meat products for sale.
Q: Who is your favourite local merchant to do deliveries for?
There are so many merchants around the city that I always love to go and deliver their products but if I want to mention a few of them I would say WagJag, Wild Fork, Bioscript, Clean Plates Canada and Fetchy.
Q: Why did you choose to deliver with Trexity and what motivates you to keep delivering for us?
The reason why I chose Trexity is actually because of many different factors. The most important thing that I love about Trexity is you can work whenever you want. This allows me to pick my schedule and work whenever I’m free to work. Another part of it is they also have big routes to choose from. And last but not least is the part where you can reach out to the agents and ask for help—it requires one click to connect you, and they help you out right away. I would say Meg, Salome, Yasser, Nikhil and Aaron are the fastest ones to take care of any situation.
Q: How do you spend your spare time when you’re not driving?
Right now the most important thing for me is to do boxing and be able to stay at the gym all the time. So when I’m not working, I’m either at the gym working out or I’m at home cooking clean meals for myself. Thanks to Trexity for giving me this opportunity so I can work on my dream.

Q: Gurvinder, tell us what you love most about the city you drive in.
The most loved thing about my city is that it’s easy to drive even when there’s traffic. Since my city is not big it’s easier to deliver packages on time.
Q: Who is your favourite local merchant to do deliveries for?
I love to do deliveries with 204 Meal Prep because this merchant has easy routes every time with good money.
Q: Why did you choose to deliver with Trexity and what motivates you to keep delivering for us?
In a hard time of covid, I joined Trexity and it has been a really great experience. I love their concept of doing deliveries. It’s easy to pick an order once and do so accordingly. It’s convenient and I believe I’ll keep doing deliveries with them in future as well.
Q: How do you spend your spare time when you’re not driving?
In my spare time, when I don’t drive with Trexity, I love to spend my time exploring more places.

Q: Hisham, tell us what you love most about the city you drive in.
I love my city because it’s easy to navigate and I am used to it.
Q: Who is your favourite local merchant to do deliveries for?
My favorite Merchant is Backyard Meats YYC.
Q: Why did you choose to deliver with Trexity and what motivates you to keep delivering for us?
I like Trexity because the income is very good. What gave me the motivation to work for Trexity is that they are a very nice company to work for, and they’re very helpful and ahead of the game.
Q: How do you spend your spare time when you’re not driving?
I go to the gym to work out and have a good time.
