Courier Growth Associate

Role Summary

Trexity is seeking a Courier Growth Associate to help scale courier supply across Canada and the United States.

This is a net new, execution-focused role responsible for attracting, onboarding, and activating courier partners across Trexity markets. You will own the courier funnel from first touchpoint through activation – ensuring supply keeps pace with operational demand while continuously improving onboarding efficiency and conversion rates.

As an early member of the Courier Operations team focused on supply growth, you will play a key role in helping Trexity scale marketplace operations and build repeatable supply acquisition processes.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys operational execution, and is motivated by the opportunity to help build scalable systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Courier Acquisition & Funnel Management

  • Build and manage courier acquisition funnels across Canadian and U.S. markets
  • Launch and manage job postings across multiple hiring and gig economy platforms
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels including referrals, community partnerships, and paid platforms
  • Track funnel performance and optimize conversion and activation rates

Courier Onboarding & Activation

  • Own the courier onboarding journey from application through activation
  • Communicate with couriers to ensure onboarding requirements are completed efficiently
  • Identify and monitor onboarding bottlenecks and improve activation rates
  • Partner with Operations and Support teams to resolve onboarding issues quickly

Supply Planning & Operations

  • Monitor courier supply levels across markets and proactively identify coverage gaps
  • Lead supply planning for new market launches and peak delivery periods
  • Ensure active courier supply aligns with operational demand

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Operations, Product, Support, and Leadership teams to improve the courier experience
  • Share funnel insights, onboarding trends, and acquisition learnings to support supply growth strategy

  • Collaborate closely with Courier Operations leadership on supply growth initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally to improve onboarding workflows and reduce friction
  • Help build scalable processes and operational best practices as Trexity grows

Skills & Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, recruiting coordination, marketplace growth, onboarding, or similar high-volume execution roles
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with operational data and funnel metrics
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience with tools such as customer.io, Braze, claude, etc,.
  • Experience with job boards like indeed, ziprecruiter, craigslist etc,.
  • Experience in gig economy, logistics, marketplace, or startup environments
  • Exposure to onboarding coordination or marketplace supply operations
  • Experience building or improving operational processes
