Introduction

Welcome to Trexity GO, the same-day delivery service operated by Trexity Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trexity GO mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Trexity GO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. For questions, contact us at info@trexity.com.

Key Points Up Front

• On-demand deliveries only – Trexity GO is designed for one-off and small-volume local deliveries.
  
• Who can use it – Individuals 18+ and businesses located in our active Canadian markets.
  
• What can be delivered – Almost anything that fits into a standard vehicle, except people, prohibited, hazardous, or illegal goods.
  
• Pay per delivery – No contracts, no subscriptions. Each delivery is a separate transaction.
  
• Live tracking + proof – You can track deliveries in real time and will receive photo proof at drop-off.
  

Communications

By using the service, you consent to receive service updates, delivery notifications, and limited promotional messages. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.

Payments & Charges

• You agree to pay the delivery fee shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
• You represent you have the right to use the payment method provided.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if fraud, misuse, or prohibited items are suspected.
  

What You Can Send

Trexity GO supports deliveries such as:

• Personal items (gifts, forgotten gear, groceries, baked goods).
• Business items (documents, office supplies, samples, event kits).
• Marketplace purchases (Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Etsy pickups).
  

Not allowed: Hazardous materials, illegal goods, live animals, perishable items requiring refrigeration, or any item restricted by local law. We may reject or cancel deliveries at our discretion.

Refunds

Delivery fees are non-refundable once a courier is assigned, except as required by law or if Trexity cancels the order.

Your Content

You may upload delivery instructions, photos, and other content. You retain ownership but grant Trexity a license to use content solely for operating the Service. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Trexity GO to:

• Ship illegal, hazardous, stolen, or restricted items.
• Harass couriers or other users.
• Attempt to disrupt or misuse the platform.
• Circumvent fees or misrepresent package contents.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older.
• You are responsible for maintaining your login and account security.
• You may not impersonate others or provide false information.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the Trexity GO app, brand, and platform remain with Trexity Inc. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Trexity GO is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trexity Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific delivery at issue.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes may be resolved through arbitration or applicable consumer protection processes (e.g., CAMVAP, provincial authorities).

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Trexity GO after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
