The quick casual take
Your free Trexity account gives you access to everything you need to provide your customers with fast, reliable local delivery. Nothing is locked behind subscriptions or paid features. You only pay per delivery.
All you need to do is enter the delivery information, schedule a pickup, and we’ll come to your store and deliver the packages same day—no sitting at a depot or warehouse.
Your customers will receive status updates at key points and be able to watch the delivery happen in real time on their tracking page. Upon delivery, you’ll receive proof of delivery depending on the method chosen.
That’s it, it only takes a minute or two to send out a delivery.
Step 1:
Creating an account
To send out deliveries, you must have a Trexity account. This free account gives you full access to your own Merchant web portal that has everything you need to successfully manage all your local deliveries.
All features and services are available to you, nothing is locked behind costly subscriptions—your success is our success.

Step 2:
Adding delivery information
Getting delivery information into Trexity is easy—it has to be. We support multiple ways for data entry to fit with any workflow. Deliveries can be added, edited, or cancelled at anytime before they’re scheduled for pickup.
Accurate information ensures a smooth delivery and lets our team handle any possible situation that may happen.

For sending delivery notifications and tracking information. We will only attempt to contact them if there is an issue regarding their package delivery.
Additional details
If the delivery contains any trace of alcohol, requires a legal age check, or cannot be left at the door.
Step 3:
Scheduling for pickup
Multiple daily pickup windows means you’re not waiting around all day for a courier and have the flexibility to run your operations. You can schedule a pickup in advance or on the same day as the pickup window you want.

Pickup instructions
You can set default pickup instructions if you wish to direct our Couriers to a different door or a specific part of your store.
The pickup
Our Couriers will come to your store during the requested pickup window, scan the packages to ensure they have the correct ones, and deliver them right away.
Package requirements
Packaging
Trexity does not require any special packaging. You can use your own branded packaging, but it needs to be closed, secure, and appropriate for delivery.
Restrictions
Cannot exceed 20 lbs and cannot not exceed 20” x 12” x 12” in size. Must fit in a sedan.
Requirements
A Trexity label must be printed and attached securely.
Step 4:
The delivery
Our courier will scan each package upon pickup and delivery which will update the package status and live tracking. Packages are delivered on the same day as pickup, we do not bring them to a depot or hold them over night.
Tracking & Notifications
Tracking
A link to a real-time tracking page will be provided to your customers via email and SMS. This page has live information from pickup to delivery.
Notifications
We’ll notify your customers upon pickup, when we’re 5 minutes away, and once delivery is complete.
Crucial information
Photo proof
Two photos are taken for every non-PIN delivery as proof of delivery.
PIN delivery
We send a 4-digit number to your customer that must be presented to the courier in person upon arrival.
Signature required
Pharmacies who require a signature can select signature delivery that will be collected digitally upon delivery.
Returns
If a package requires a PIN or cannot be legally left unattended, and we cannot contact the recipient, the package will be returned to you at the same rate.
Step 5:
Billing
You only pay per delivery. The average cost per delivery in Q3 2024, was $7.04 across all cities. The cost of delivery is determined by how far from your location it needs to go.
At the end of the day, we’ll charge your credit card for the sum of all deliveries that were completed that day. All transactions and receipts are accessible in your Merchant Portal.
