What is considered a delivery batch?
If you have enough packages to fill an entire vehicle, we’ll send you one whenever you need during operating hours. This means you can post a delivery batch outside of our normal pickup windows.
Each package should weigh no more than 16 kgs and not exceed 50 x 30 x 30 cm.

If your business makes use of reusable containers such as insulated bags or freezer boxes, Trexity can pick them up from your customers and return them to you.
There are options in how we handle this service. For example: simply instruct your customers to leave the reusables outside their door when they are expecting a delivery and we’ll grab it and return it to your store.
