No. You can take orders over the phone, in person, or email and input them manually in Trexity’s Merchant Portal to schedule a delivery. Having an online store with one of our Integrations will automatically add deliveries into your portal, reducing administration work.

No, you can package your goods the same way you would for a customer leaving your store. All that is required is attaching a Trexity label to the package.
