Preparing for Odd Bunch

Pick up

• Do not arrive or idle at the pickup location if you do not have accepted an Odd Bunch route.
• Your packages will all be stacked together.
• Do not accept packages without labels.
• Scan each package to ensure you have all the correct ones.
• Contact a rep on site if you are missing any packages.
• Packages must remain flat while being loaded into cars to avoid damaging the produce within the boxes.

Drop off

• Scan packages at drop off to ensure you have the correct one.
• Double-check the delivery address in app as it will be the most accurate.
• Follow delivery instructions in app.
• Do not place packages that would obstruct the entryway.
• Place packages flat in shaded areas to protect from weather.
• If you are unable to complete the delivery, contact Trexity support.

Drop off (Condo)

• If no buzzer number is provided, search for the customer’s name in the directory to enter the building.
• If the customer is not home, try calling them.
• For Odd Bunch deliveries only: If the customer is unresponsive, please leave the package in the foyer near the buzzer.
• Trexity has record of customer call attempts to ensure delivery quality.

Please ensure that all delivery information is carefully followed. Failure to adhere to Odd Bunch delivery instructions may impact your tier status, result in account suspension, and/or reduced pay.
