Associate Courier Operations

Trexity is a local delivery technology platform designed for online and bricks & mortar businesses. Our platform enables small and medium sized businesses to deliver physical products in near real-time to their customers by harnessing the collective of our driver community.

Position Overview:

The Associate Couriers Operation will coordinate and oversee our courier supply’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This unique role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Courier Ops team, Support team, and Marketing team, providing a comprehensive view of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of monitoring and responding to courier-escalated tickets, prioritizing critical issues and identifying high-priority tickets
• Conduct in-depth investigations to identify root causes and solutions for escalated problems.
• Analyze trends in escalated tickets and collaborate with the Ops Lead to implement process improvements.
• Oversee the dashboard to ensure all routes are accepted, merchant SLAs are met, and service quality is maximized.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain an efficient courier recruiting process and a reliable courier supply pool.
• Utilize data to track performance metrics for assigned markets.
• Maintain the courier knowledge center, ensuring alignment with product updates and best practices.
• Suggest improvements to courier onboarding content based on Support Team feedback and knowledge.
• Brainstorm solutions and improvements based on collected data and present them to senior team members.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in operations and strategy; high-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• You let data tell the story and you’re comfortable in Excel. SQL and Google Looker Studio knowledge is a plus.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends
